BikerMonkey’s $1,000,000 Hwy Challenge
3,000 -N- 72
Benefits A Special Wish Foundation
The BikerMonkey’s $1,000,000 Hwy Challenge is a SaddleSore 3,000 qualifying ride to raise funds for A Special Wish Foundation, a non-profit organization and is worth a special trip to the $1,000,000 Highway!
A Special Wish Foundation Background
A Special Wish Foundation is dedicated to granting wishes of children under the age of 21 who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening disorder.
These guys do gifts in one of three ways: 1) A Special Gift – that captivate children and help them take their minds away from pain and uncertainty, 2) A Special Place – SPWF handles all of the travel and lodging accomodations for the cild and immediate family; a great escape and 3) A Special Hero – that we could only dream of meeting becomes a reality for these children, be it a sports figure, government leader, rock star or some other entertainer; a visit like this can give a child a real boost.
You can see why we chose A Special Wish Foundation as a biker worthy tool to get the job of speading joy to others done.
The Ride Man!
We are so looking forward to this 3,000 mile adventure, not only because we get to travel the $1,000,000 Highway, but we also get to hit places that we personally have never been to in the north and west. Yeah, got a little selfish, never been to Sturgis, SD, so it made the route, lol and so did Mount Rushmore, Wyoming and other awesome parts of Colorado and the Four Corners. This will be a great ride to see some absolutely beautiful country; if you don’t believe us, check out the map and come ride and then tell us it isn’t beautiful!

GPX Data File – New!
This BikerMonkey ride is different than most. First of all, you can earn two certificates this time, rather than just the Iron Butt Association certification. That’s right, your registration of $50.00 as a rider or $25.00 as a passenger will qualify you once you successfully complete the ride a BikerMonkey certificate and rider’s pin! Of the gross proceeds, 50% will be donated on your behalf to A Special Wish Foundation and 10% of the total proceeds will be going to the Big Guy’s house..
This ride will also qualify you for a SaddleSore 3,000, this is an additional $50.00; which is IBA’s cost for processing not ours. If there are any price breaks given based on number of riders from the $50.00 registration, we will include 100% of the difference to A Special Wish Foundation as additional funds raised. If you choose to qualify for the SaddleSore 3,000, then simply include this payment with your registration and we will take care of all of the paperwork for you and submit it on your behalf. You will in turn receive the IBA certification, pin and IBA backplate once IBA has qualified the ride details.
Let’s recap shall we?
We are talking for $100.00, you get….. 2 certifiicates, 2 riding pins and a license backplate.
Or for $50.00, you get…. a very cool BikerMonkey Certificate and a riding pin.
Either way you go, you get awesome fellowship with some crazy extreme biker peeps, bragging rights and self satisfaction that you have helped a great group and lots of awesome children!

BikerMonkey, are you going on this one?
Hey Dallas! Great to hear from you my friend. It would take something earth moving to keep me away from this ride. I am sooooo looking forward to it! I may go a couple of weeks earlier just to G2 to route so I can report on it for the event, but haven’t decided / figured out if that will work yet. Long story short, I am doing this one, lol……
